Who we are
We were born from a meeting of connections and learningexperienced during the pandemic moment, completely disordered with demands that reflected insecurity about the future, specifically fundamental rights such as life, liberty and health. Dissatisfied with the distance between people, with the coldness during the service, the creators who have always prioritized human relations, detected the need to develop a project to bring people together through ofancestral model which is care.
With that, it was seek help in Neuroscience to understand how the human brain works, thus giving rise to the idea of deliver program of self-knowledge , transformation focusing on the question of balance and management of emotional intelligence.

Adriana dos Santos Csiszar

⦁ Started working at age 14, classroom assistant, store salesperson, administrative assistant, personal assistant, marketing assistant, medical clinic manager, family breadwinner, worked for 16 years at Siemens where the last few years took over management of the mobile training and development area.

Francisca Leite Muraca

⦁ He started his career in the health area in 1987 with great leaders and mentors that he follows until today, he worked at Hospital Infantil Sabará. He was an accountant, despite working with numbers, he loved to talk and had a giant curiosity about life and people. (She is a storyteller).
⦁ With the birth of her first child (Danilo) and pregnant with her second child (Arnon), she felt the need to undertake. In 1990, with the support of his mentors and guardian angels, Dr. Vendramini Fleury (doctor, Client until today), and Dr. Roberval Moreira Gomes (lawyer), founded DARNON Assessoria e Negócios (its first corporate name is the combination of the names of its children). The consulting office is specialized to provide services exclusively in the health area.
